Publishing on Recu
Writing on Recu is a slow process.
We write when something within us has settled enough to be shared — not for attention, but for understanding.
If you carry a thought that’s taken time to mature — you are welcome to bring it here.
Submission Guidelines
Every post published here reflects the care of the writer, and the clarity of the thought behind it.
A few things to know before you submit your work:
1. Write with sincerity and intention
What we read should feel honest. Grounded.
Ask yourself — why this, and why now?
If you can sit with that, and your answer holds, we’d be glad to read.
2. Clarity matters
Complicated ideas are welcome. Complicated writing is not.
If your thought is deep, your language should be simple.
3. We publish the best
We don’t need more — we need better.
One meaningful piece is better than a hundred shallow ones, so make sure you give it the time, attention, and clarity it deserves before you submit.
4. All work is reviewed
We read with attention. If something feels unclear, incomplete, or falls short of the quality we hold ourselves to, we will return it.
If your work is rejected, don't worry, it is part of what makes Recu special. You may try again.
5. No copied or AI-generated writing
Use your own voice. Your own thought. You may take inspiration but not blatantly copy.
Nothing here should feel manufactured or borrowed.
6. Respect the space
No copyrighted content. No promotional material. No distractions.
Every word must be meaningful.
7. You are responsible for your own work
By submitting, you take full responsibility for the truth, impact, and legality of your work. We host thought, not liability.
